  • How do I choose the right doctor/hospital?

    We understand that choosing the right doctor and hospital for your plastic surgery is a crucial decision, and we are here to assist you every step of the way. Our dedicated team conducts personalized consultations to understand your unique needs, recommends highly qualified and board-certified surgeons, facilitate consultations, offer transparent information on costs and risks, and support you in seeking second opinions.

  • How do I book my surgeries?

    Let us know your desired procedure and date, and we will check the availability, get the best price and book your preferred date.

  • How much will the surgery cost?

    The price will vary depending on the surgery, surgeon and hospital. Contact us for a quotation with comparison of prices.

  • How long do I need to stay in Korea?

    Typically, clients are asked to stay in Korea 7-14 days. The length of stay may vary depending on your surgery.

  • How will the consultation take place before I travel to Korea?

    Send your questions to us via email or app, and we will bring the answers to you. We have a direct connection with the partner hospital and surgeons to answer your questions promptly.

  • Can the procedures be covered by insurance?

    Cosmetic procedures in Korea are usually not covered by insurance. Please consult your insurance company.

  • How do I pay the deposit?

    Korean hospitals typically ask for deposit for the confirmation of the booking. The deposit (10% of the total surgery fee) can be paid via international wire transfer or PayPal (Transaction fee incurred).

  • What is the refund policy?

    In the event of termination of the contract by the consumer's initiative, a refund shall be made as follows: if the termination occurs up to three days prior to the scheduled surgical date, 90% of the contract deposit shall be refunded; if the termination occurs two days prior to the scheduled surgical date, 50% of the contract deposit shall be refunded; if the termination occurs one day prior to the scheduled surgical date, 20% of the contract deposit shall be refunded. However, in the event of termination on the day of the surgery, no portion of the contract deposit shall be refunded.
